Cardiff’s Community of Schools Sista Speak was a great success this year. The girls met at Yamuloong, Garden Suburbs, over three sessions and were involved in many activities. The Sistas from Cardiff High School were great leaders and taught their younger Sistas dancing.
They also learned a few Aboriginal words from the Gommeroi language. Their final Sista Speak session was at Cardiff High School where they toured the school and had a barbecue. The Sistas from Hunter Sports High School joined them and a great time was had by all involved.
